Good morning, I just want to share with the forum. This weekend my 5D Mark III was out in light but consistant rain for about one hour. The lens I was using is the Canon 100 L Macro weather seald lens and the camera broke down on me. The first sign of a problem was the camera would not auto focus then I could not display photos on the rear LCD.
So the 5D mkIII uses the same LP-E6 Batteries as the 5D mkII. Does it take the same battery grip? In the leaked photos of what we can conclude was the 5D mkIII in action with the new 200-400; the battery grip had a joystick. I don't see any new battery grip on the canon website. Is there I used a battery grip on my Canon 5D MKIII for many years. When I finally took it off, the camera was so much lighter. I missed the extra shutter button for about a minute. A fully charged battery almost always lasts all day for me, and I’ve always got a spare in my pocket. Never considered one for my XT3 and will not miss it on the XT5 Canon 5D MKIII Canon 24-105 f/4 L Canon 16-35 f/4 L (possibly the f/2.8 but I'd like to keep the 77mm filter thread of the f/4 version) Battery Grip 3x Canon Batteries 4x 32GB Sandisk Extreme Pro CF Cards 1x 256GB Sandisk Extreme Pro SD Card (primarily for HD Video but also possibly as jpeg or RAW backup) Panamoz price is £2959

The body and control layout of the R6 II is almost identical to its predecessor. It has the same grip, the same curves, the same buttons (mostly), the same dimensions, and even works with the same vertical battery grip as the R6. Like the R6, it feels substantial in your hands, and Canon describes it as dust and weather-resistant, though not to
