I started to read the Death Note Manga and I'm already seeing a lot of things that didn't happen in the anime. For example how Light Yagami lost 10 pounds and couldn't sleep due to using the Death Note for the second time IMO people would understand Light Yagami better if they saw this scene because in the anime most believe he was a heartless monster from the start of the show.
