I have just today, Saturday, bought a laptop with Vista and and Office pack to go with it. But there is no browser. The shopkeeper set everything up for me and I'm sure he was on the internet to download and register the Office pack. I've seen an article of why IE is not installed on programs for Europe.

Open Internet Explorer 8 and from the Tools menu, click Internet Options You can also click Safety and then click on Delete Browsing History…. To open the Delete Browsing History window directly, press this combination of keys: Ctrl + Shift + Del. The Internet Properties window should now load.
